    No electrolysis is not painful, you will feel a slight warming sensation during   the treatment.

     Yes electrolyis is permanent hair removal.

3)  How many treatments are needed?

    The number of treatments vary from individual to individual.  It depends on your biological make up and how many follicles you have active in the area you wish to treat. 

4)   Are there any side effects?
